I highly recommend going to radio shack or something and spending $8 on a multimeter with continuity check, then check all your fuses. If soldering your cathode or turning the sucker on with it installed did this, you probably popped a fuse.

would it of happened from overheating from the soldering? and if so would it only be something on the power supply board or could it be something on the motherboard? and if i get it going how can i stop it from happening again when i resolder the cathode?
