    this is how the ps2 looks like in the night time and day time when the lights are on, i used 6x5mm 5V LED's and one 600ohm Resistor, these are connected in parallel mode.

    working samples:




    here are the tutorial, the PSU on the PS2 is from a V8 machine, all V5-V8 ps2 machines have the same points as on this picture.

    Stage one: drill holes, atach LED's in place, route LEDs power and ground.





    Stage two getting Power: ok the picture below shows the GND and 12V connection on the PSU, "only V5-V8 ps2's".





    Stage three: plug it in
    installer in the UK

    Gamecube
    Playstation 2
    Xbox

    just wondering how did retro put a reset button in the control pad cause i think that sounds like quite a good idea. sorry for ruining the thread but really would like to know how this has been achieved especially if pictures of it can be sent as well. cheers.

    codiebanks (sorry but what a truely corny narme) i think you can find this in the search thing but basically it involves soldering a doorbell in your ps2 then soldering the button of the doorbell in the controller

    well i didnt do the doorbell mod, i just solder a button paralell to the standard button and wired it out to the back of my controller.

    But if you want to keep a good look on your machine i recommend the doorbell mod.
    extra wires isnt that beautiful...
    But mine mod is almost free and wery simple to do.
