PAL Ps2 - wanting NTSC output. (Plus my PS2car)

How can I get NTSC output from a PAL PS2?

Mind you it's still gotta play PAL games - just changing the format on output).

Why would I want to do this?

Well My PS2 is being built for my car project (I've mentioned in another thread).

It'll run via a voltage regulator from the car battery>

PS2 has 160gig HDD with HDLoader and is kept hidden away from sight>

Wireless controllers>

Remote reset (thanks to another member here for showing the way!)>

Network Adaptor rigged to CarPC which routes wireless via GPRS>

Also have Wifi for wireless game transfer to PS2 (work in progress as I cant get the damn thing to bring up the harddrive yet - figuring that out in another thread)>

Now my problem is that my 6 inch DVD screen in the centre console of my car only has NTSC input from external devices :(.

Bugger.

i know u can get a PAL in > NTSC out adaptor for normal video like RCA

you could have a modchip that switch automatiquely the video mode like the crystal chip... or you could convert your game to ntsc.
