I'd like to know how you did the Power/Reset Led Change...what kind of leds did you use?

yes...... Yeah how did you change the LED in the eject port? It is a very sweet mod!
My other question is that how did you get the led in teh controller port?

i got both my power/reset and eject light blue, did this when i first had the ps2 about 14 months back, you have to desolder the original led, which is in SMD 0603 package and replae with the new led, for blue either use TG Hyper blue or ISP Blue both of these are the brightest blue available to date, in 0603 size.

i have a lot of experience in mobile phone / cell phone led changing so i knew what i was doing.

one quick question my power button unfortunaltley only lights up blue when on standby, how did you solder yours in

cell phones, yeah...i used to do nokia's to new colors al the time. it all depends on your version of ps2, some a a bi-color led that you can replace with 2 surface mounts and other are just 2 surface mount leds and the nthey both have the 3rd wich is for the eject. mine is white standby, and blue power and eject. when i doe them on my next bot ill make a tutorial.

Cheers mate, unfortunaltly my V9 had a single dual bicolour, once removed was impossible to replace with 2 sperates without fu****g about with little bits of wire.

it kinda had a cross like patern once removed if you understand what i mean.
