    ok im an xbox modder and i wat to mod my ps2 just wondering where i could find a 5 or 12v line?

    5 volt you could use the usb for a power that turns off with system.. 12 volt you can go from powersupply or mobo, but power supply will keep it on even when the ps2 is off (as long as its plugged in >_<.) Do some searches on the forum, this has been covered in mumerous threads.

    search around and you'll find the pic of it floating around somewheres. It only runs 500mA if i recall correctly, so it wont be enough for heavy mods, but leds and the likes will do fine. On the usb module from the front of the ps2 under the controllers, if you open the case and look at it, you will see 2 rows of either 3 or 4 solderpoints, i can't recall...I tihnk 5v is the 2 on the farthest right, and ground is left, but dont quote me on that. Your best bet really is to get a multimeter(if you dont have one already) and use it to find out which is which.. hope this helps a little
