big problem

hey guys, I followed one guide that lets you clean your PS2 and balance the lense by rotating the little white gear clock wise. Every thing went smooothly until I put the PS2 together. The silver wires connecting the on/off and ejecting button were pierced by the screw when I put the screws back. Now I don't know how to fix it.

Please help if you can, thank you.
