Will this version of action replay work for the independent exploit method?

I found an "Action Replay for use with Enter the Matrix" and "Action Replay for use with Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell", but not sure if they can even boot up a code selection menu for other games or support usb sticks, or if it would work at all.

Anyone with an idea or knowledge of this please help. I don't have an original hdl disc nor money to bust on a brand new cheat disc. Sorry for being a noob, but I just dived into the scene not too long ago so I'm pretty dim on most areas.

Those discs only support the games they state they're for & dont have support for anything else. They're just 'Lite' versions of the old AR2v2, but for 1 game. Pretty much a rip off & magazines ended up giving them away for nothing.

Thanks, in that case I'll just have to buy a real cheat device then.
