What size screw?

I have the CPH 7000 ps2. And i have the flip top and the swap magic. I am trying to install the flip top but the screws for the original lid are small as hell. What size screw do I need?

It's a small 75mm precision phillips one, when I first started though, I just went through our toolbox until I found one that fit.

A tiny knife should be able to take those out though.
