So your wanting FMCB?
You have the ability to swap disks right? You didn't specify which swap disk set you have. But this here should help.
What you need to do is this. Here :
http://bootleg.sksapps.com/tutorials/fmcb/
Now on that link there is several different ways for you carry out this task. It really is quiet simple, if you take your time and read carefully. You don't need to buy any other equipment than you already have. DJ

I'm talking about swaping the original psx to run a backup psx.... I dont have an actual swap disc.
I've seen those tutorials but I'm worried about the version they work with.
ex: Gameshark 8.1 - Current V10
EDIT
I'm getting swap magic coder 3.8 it matches the tut

Please be aware that neither FMCB+ESR nor SwapMagic will help you boot PSX (== PS1) discs.
Both those boot methods are compatible only with PS2 game discs, but not with PS1 game discs.
Your current (or similar) swap methods for running PS1 discs are the only way to do it on an unmodded console at present.
(Pending the future public release of ffgriever's PS1 emulator PS2PSXe.)
Best regards: dlanor
