weird exploit problem

hi i have the exploit on my ps2, my problem is i cannot get a program like ps2menu, ps2menu-k or ps2os to work at all. They all freeze on the loading data from memory card part, what is weird is that i have cogswap loader, hdloader, hddformat,and exectftp on the memory card and they all work fine. It seems like i just cant get that type of program to work??????

Do you have a HD in your PS2? My PS2Menu stopped loading because the HD I had in there was corrupted. Its a long shot though...

ya i have a hd in there that works fine, it must be some file u need to have to run a menu or ps2os elf that i dont have?????

Not sure, try removing the HD and see if PS2 Menu boots.

install launchelf and try to boot things taht way,,, just rename launchelf to boot.elf

well i have keylauncher which i like and i try to install in by pressing start and naming an elf to a button and it doesnt work, could it be that for my exploit i have boot.elf and the system files in the badata system folder, i made a subfolder under that called programs that i put the elfs in
