I have a FAT32 formatted MP3 player, ( Samsung YP-T6 ) and I was wondering what is the best way to directly transfer saves?

I can hook it up to the USB slots on my V14 by means of PS2 -> USB A to Mini-B -> MP3

Do I need a specific program?

Any will do, but AR Max will do a lot more if you're interested in playing backups or launching homebrew apps fairly easy.
