ok this my first time modding my ps2 it's baby basically but i have the codebreakers v10 cd an a usb flash drive i want to install the independence exploit to play back-upsan i cant find one direct tutorial ive joined like ten ps2 sites searchin an searchin i have all the apps an exploits stredon hard drive i also have more then 10 psx games for id's but i need to know where to start first ?whats better games off the hard drive or burnt games i need serious help i know this is like way old but its totally new to me i did my psp so im figuring this should be that hard thank u for any input



p.s also iahve a maxtor 20gb hard drive and a memorie card

I would suggest Free MC Boot. With it, you don't need a ps1 game to trigger it, you already have everything you need to install it, and it is (in my opinion,) far better than the old exploit.

Wow thank u both guys bcuz i was seriously stuck on what exploit to use an all
ok an once i have the exploit installed what do i do after???? I have a copy of hdloader not original but the iso can i use that too ?

Read the Guide.....it explains what you can do......no need for a disc to run any apps.

There are links for apps you can download and include in the installation.....all explained in the guide.

Nope, the HDLOADER.ELF files are fully fuctional apps, just like on the discs.
