TOC refresh v12

I tape modded my v12 and using swap magic 3.3. I made a backup of my san andreas disc and i'm getting weird out of synch errors etc i think i need a TOC refresh. But how can i do this on a tape modded v12? I still have a DMC1 disc here.

U can try this:
1. Boot SM CD v3.3
2. Swap in cogswaploader (cd-r from www.swapmagicfix.com)
3. Press x (cogswaploader boots)
4. Swap in a real ps2-DVD (big like a DMC1-disc)
5. Press O or X untill it turn purple
6. Swap in backup DVD+-r
7. Press x (and it boots?)
