SwapMagic question with DL discs

I was wondering if I burned a dual layer game to a dual layer disc would it load with Swap Magic 3.6?

nope u have to rip to dvd 5

I saw some Toxic Dual Layer Patch, would that work or is that just for the Toxic modchip(?)?

works with neely all moschips but not sm
