swapmagic 3.3 and metal gear solid 3

i have the PAL backup. it doesn't play. it just takes me to the screen where i choose between the memory card or ps2 game. when i click the ps2 game it just takes me back to the same screen. is there something special i'm supposed to do? do i have to choose PAL in video mode? my tv is ntsc.

On the SwapMagic screen choose NTSC and press Square (special boot) button to enforce ntsc mode. (hope it works) :p
