Swap trick not working on PS Slim

I also have the same problem on my V12 70012 console. The swap works, i can even play the game from it, but when i try to trigger uLaunchELF all i get is a black screen, and after some time the "Please insert a PlayStation 2 or a Playstation disk" message

then the exact LBA setting or perhaps mistyping the correct name to rename uLaunchELF to the name associated with the original elf in the game could be the two possible mistakes.

possibly you didn't mod the sensors on your slim correctly.
