swap tool with a original ps2 game

is this possible
ive tried to remove the game while playing and got the game removed
the disc was spinning so that scared me
i didnt hurt anything

could i remove the disc while it displays the ps2 logo at the beginning?
then load my exploit dvd+RW

I really would recommend against that. You need a program like swapmagic or cogswaploader to stop the disk from spinning so you don't damage your ps2 or game. Mind you that isn't the only reason, you also need them for loading the games, just swapping a game while booting won't work.
