    hey im using an ntsc ps2 and im playing pal games...they work fine its just that the bottom of the screen is cut off is there a way to fix this

    Unfortunately, no.

    The reason is that the PAL standard has a higher vertical resolution. The simple fact is that an NTSC TV just can't display it.

    Their is a little app that will patch the ISO to become PAL or NTSC and so long as you have the selector check box ticked it will bring a boot screen up befor the game starts and allow you to change the Video settings

    pal 2 ntsc / ntsc 2 pal
