It not a large toc-issue (original is only 2.72GB), so im guessing bad burn/media/iso.
Suggest u try to make a backup using Dvddecrypter (www.dvddecrypter.com - freeware) and a different media.
If u are running a dvd-rip cd-r u probably need to cogswap with the Breaker Pro disc or HDAvance cd disc.
If u are trying to run it from hd ... several people has reported that it dosnt play from hdl/hda.
