PSX Format Free MCBoot
PSX Format Free MCBoot –
Hi, here's a tricky one: remember how there was a way to swap original PSX (PlayStation One) discs from where PlayStation logo appeared for a burnt PSX on an open lid Slim PS2? Well, using that method, could there be a way to make a PSX format Free MCBoot, and then be able to run ULaunchELF so I can access my USB [or mass:]? If possible, that'd allow us to use the swap method with PS2 Slim, to make a Free MCBoot Exploited Memory Card, wouldn't it be cool?
Basically, what I really care about is to be able to run ULaunchELF from a PSX Formatted Disc.
Any suggestions will be so much appreciated, thank you very much in advance. :)

Reason: Adding a line, to be more specific...
From what I know, not without a lot of porting - uLaunchELF is a .elf file, which is a PS2 style app. In PSX's, the applications are .exe, and (I believe) are coded differently. Also, I'm not sure, but in PSX mode, the PS2 may have:
- Limited RAM (the PSX had a whopping 2MB)
- No access to PS2 Memory cards
So basically, you would have to re-code all the apps you want to run, and even then, that's only if the PS2 isn't limited with those features mentioned above. Perhaps someone with more understanding could help you more, but I'm thinking, it's a no. Sorry mate.

Thank you for your comment, you just gave me an idea, not that it'll work for sure, but I will give it a try :)
