I tried cogswap, but i just get a blank screen when the game is about to load, I researched online but i got no solution, help me thanks!
    ------
How did i did it :
Launch the PS1 Game and Cogswap Loads up.
    I put a Original PS2 Game : Sonic Heroes (4.38GB).
    Then I press x.
    Do the slide tool thing
Then I put the Backup : Eyetoy : Play Sports (4.18GB)
close the tray with slide tool
Then press x again, get a blank screen but the disk spins then ticks a couple times then it spins again, it keeps doing that.
    ------
    More info :
    Media Im Using - DVD-RW
    PS2 Version : V4
    Burnt it With : ImgBurn
Other : I used the slide tool but it dont work, the disk spins (with ticks) then Stopped and do nothing, so i open up my ps2 instead, then it the disk spins (with ticks) and dont stop.

    Hope You help, thanks!

That 'ticking' sound is the console attempting to read the disc, but cant due to a variety of reasons.

Try different media and or burn speeds. I have quite a few 'Good' discs i burned and they work in some of my consoles, but not in others, they make that tick sound because my consoles that wont boot them, just cant read the due to being worn out.
    PS2 Consoles:
    SCPH-30001 [V4] - unmodded (2)
    SCPH-30001-R [V5] DMS4 Pro SE
    SCPH-50001-N [V9] CC 2.0 SLE
    SCPH-79001 [V16] Silver - unmodded

No DVD-RW support was added in V9 and onwards although you could try changing the book type to DVD-R when you burn it, it might work I dunno.

For some magical reason, instead of using Cogswap, I used CDLoader (First it did not work), and works great with DVD-RW, I burned it on X2, but reading speed is super slow (5Min or More) and Burned it with 4X (Forever), then I burned it on 1X with ImgBurn, now it reads it like a normal ps2 game, thanks for your help, i will be busy making backups, i got lots of games.
