Point of no return –

The 2 "hooks" are not glued on or anything, so u can GENTLY with a little force, using a screwdriver/knife/sissor to pry the right hook to the right and up. Then u pry the left hook to the left and up. And then u should be able to take the dvd-cover off.
(Warning: Now u are at the "Point of no return" so to speak. Last chance to put everything together again and your ps2 will work as silent as usual.
)
Ok, u want to swap fast so, u need to cut off the 2 "hooks" with a wirecutter/sissor. U dont have to cut much tho' - just the end of the hooks - so it dosnt hook onto the main ps2 every time u put it on.
Dont worry about the dvd-cover - itll stay on during play - because the magnet inside the white disc will keep the cover on at all times - ull notice the "resistance" (magnet power keeping the cover on) when u take the cover on and off.
Make sure to notice how the disc is placed inside the dvd-tray, so u dont place it wrongly. And dont take off the dvd-cover when the disc is spinning.
Your ps2 will work just like as usual, so u can just put the main cover back on if u get tired of swapping or if u got kids around u dont want to poke around inside the ps2. I suggest u get a can of compressed air "air duster" like the ones they use with pc's - it is a way safer way to clean dust from your ps2.
Will this harm your ps2 - Yes, probably, turning on your ps2 - weather its modded or not will "harm" your machine (all electronics apply here). Ive been swappin' like this in 3-4 year on 2 ps2s (v7 and v10) and havnt really noticed anything go wrong yet.
