    i just bought a Rosewill dvd-rw drive, a pnp no-solder mod chip, swap-magic 3.3 discs, maxell dvd-r's, Alcohol 120%, and i have a v4 ps2.

i make an image of the game, ( in this case its tony hawk UG) with Alcohol 120% then burn the image, then boot my ps2 with the swap disc then it says load program, i swap the discs back, it says "not a valid PS2 disc" no colors?

    what do i do???

    please help...
    thanks,

U can try to copy with Dvddecrypter (from www.dvddecrypter.com).

U didnt get any colors, so i think that somehow the ps2 got toc-refreshed when u where swappin (somehow a real eject was done).
When u swap right and the ps2 dosnt like the dvd/cd-media u usually get colors too.

It might be the pnp no-solder modchip (donno how it works).

U can try this, just to see if your ps2 likes your dvd+-r/cd-r media:
