I have the exploit installed on my memory card. Unfortunately my PS2 is a generation 1 japanese ps2 (10000). I never received the driver disc and i was wondering if there was any way to get the drivers onto my memory card. Because without the DVD drivers this particular exploit does not work.

    Thanks!!!

If you are talking about the FMCB exploit, then I think you are incorrect. A method similar to that used for booting the DVD-player update is used for the FMCB booting, but the original DVD-player update from Sony is not needed for it.

That old SCPH-10000 model is quite different from newer models though, in that it lacks many of the files that are standard parts of the later bios versions. For this reason a set of extra files need to be used in the FMCB installer package when installing to these old consoles.

I don't have such a console myself, so I'm no expert on what you need to do, but you can get more detailed advice by posting a query in the FMCB subforum, found inside the Homebrew/Dev forum. There you can find relevant advice on all things related to FMCB.

Just make sure to mention clearly that you have the SCPH-10000 model, preferably in the title of you thread, so as to attract the attention of others who have FMCB working on the same console type.

    Best regards: dlanor

According to the tutorial these modules: XSIO2MAN, XMCMAN, XMCSERV and XPADMAN is needed in the MODULES folder during the install for your console. If it's already installed, you need to get those inside this folder: mc0:/SYS-CONF
