The Menu Won't Load

I did everything right just as the FAQ form exploitstaion under the codebreaker exploit says and when I load the Ps1 Cd it won't load the Boot Menu!

Is there an alternate way to load it using a Codebreaker,USB Flash Drive,and a PS1 CD,Which All of those I have?If so How?

Does it play the PS1 game or just have a black/blank screen?
If it plays the PS1 game, the SLUS# is case sensitive. Like SLUS_214.13 is different from Slus_214.13 and slus_214.13 (just an example slus#).
If it loads to a black/blank screen, that means the title.db file is good and the BOOT.ELF file is bad. Replace the BOOT.ELF file with another one (I'd recommend the most recent version of uLaunchElf) and try again.
