memory card 2 PC

How can i retrieve ps2 saves games to my pc in order to edit them ?

I have Toxic os 4.1 and a DmsPro
PS2 is connected via Ethernet to my Pc

There a few different ways to do this.

1st. Use the toxic browser to boot uLE and use its file browser to send gamesaves over your network.

2nd. Use toxic browser to boot uLE and transfer gamesaves to usb using its file browser and open on pc with ps2savebuilder.

3rd. Use a cheat device such as AR Max, Codebreaker, or Game shark and transfer your save to usb pen drive and re open on your pc with ps2 savebuilder.

Those are really the main way to do it currently.
