is it possible? i mean to use the mc exploit and not have the ps1 game in the drive? to make more clear after i use everything and install all the needed files onto the memory card (using my ps2) is there someway to boot it without ps1 game? because my friends ps2 laser doesnt work so it doesnt read any cds/dvds anymore.

As MC exploit is mainly based on the use of a PS1 original game, of course the answer is : NO !

buy a cheapmod modbo clone and install it, use the dev mode by holding triangle on boot. bobs your uncle.
As for the exploit there is NO way to trigger it without loading a disc of some sort - although it may be possible if you are DAMN good with electronics, programming and PS2 communications and you progammed a pic chip to inject the proper information into the system bus so the system thinks there is a disc in the tray on boot and loads up the exploit. Of course this is almost the identical thing a modchip does. It would be much easier, and cheaper, to do the above method and just opt for a chip, new laser, or a new console as all are around the same price now. There are installers almost everywhere these days. Some simple soldering skills should be enough - the CD/DVD lines don't even have to be soldered as nothing will read.
You could also try to recaliberate the laser or replace it. eBay has some good lenses fairly priced if you trust the sellers.

you may not believe, I have a memory card set up with lenschanger and it will boot in a virgin slimline PS2. I don't know how to do it because someone did it for me.I tried to copy it to another memory card but it does not work.

wat is lenschanger and you cant copy it from memory card to memory card. you have to network the ps2 and use ftp program on cpu to copy and send the files over to the memory card. and is there any possible way for me to run hdloader without using the cd/dvd drive? usb hack? or sumthing of that sort?

lenschager is a type of program burned on to a disc and actually reprograms the bios of your ps2 to accept a different type laser into your console. for example a ps2 which has a 400r can be changed to play a 400c.
I thought saving 15% on my car insurance was good but having my ps2 modded by N£TM£ÇH was way better!

basically it is part of a hardware thingy rite? you have to change the hardware(laser) in order to use lenschanger?
