MC Exploit error

hey, when i try to install the exploit, before anything happens, it says

Error: Failed to load CDVD.IRX

anyone have any ideas on how to fix that? i've tried redoing the cd multiple times, nothing works for me!

first of all are your machines pal or ntsc? second where did you get the mc exploit? I have got PAL working exploit

i have a PAL and the PS2 Indipendence Exploit
Have you use EXECFTP for that or have you load the exploit image on the PS2 Harddrive via PC an start with hdloader?

I have a chipped machine, so I burnt my exploit onto cdr, but I have used exeftp to install exploits and various other elfs

i got that a few times its because the memory card is full free up about 3 to 4 mb then it will work

that may be the problem mine would stop sometimes too when i didnt ahve enough space
