"You will see Swapmagic's Splash Screen, and then see uLE's main screen. Don't be alarmed to see 'FAILED TO LOAD LAUNCHELF.CNF'. It's normal since it doesn't have a config file on your memory card yet to load"

Actually I still have this message after ESR failed to load disk in fastboot and procedure switched to uLE browser. Didn't notice in tutorial anything related to this file.

I'm assuming you quoted the FMCB tut. did you ever bother to save a config in uLE? if not, you're still going to see it. as for your other problem, is not detailed enough to help you on. also, I've noticed you've got 3 threads for 3 different problems. I'm about to merge them all so I can get the overall picture of what you've botched on installing.

No , I didn't. But saving seems to be implict once you enter certain settings and return , so it was saved.

In uLE the saving of the CNF file is tied to the 'OK' command of the top-level configuration menu. This command transfers the recent changes from temporary storage to permanent storage variables, and then saves the new CNF file, before exiting from configuration mode.

But if you exit from configuration mode by pressing [Triangle] instead, then the changes made in that configuration session will be discarded. So for such cases the old CNF file (or lack thereof) will remain unchanged.

    Best regards: dlanor
