knife question trick ?

can i use the memory manager plus disc instead of gameshark to boot my exploit cd using the knife trick

should be able to, i'm not sure on the memory manager, but it does just load drivers then you insert disk and hit play game button or something??.... just put the disk in and when it spins down do the knife trick and test it out
