Hey,

I have a PAL PS2 (V4 and no modchip) and i'm trying to boot a backed up copy of KH2 through the cogswap loader. However, whenever i try and load the game all i get is a black screen!

I think it maybe the way i use cogswap (insert game with large toc, press x, then use a slide card to swap my backup, and then press x) or my media (Panasonic DVD-R) that is causing the problem. Does anyone know how i can get KH2 to boot

use verbatim-R im booting a KH2 backup with that media perfectly but then again using a modchip probally most likely your media

Thanks, but i finally got it to work! I Pressed Cricle instead of X in cogswap. However loading times are bad and fmvs skip sometimes.

I used to have a problem with the loading times to for my NTSC version of KH2. Fixed it by burning to DVD+R's instead of DVD-R's. Try it out.

Sounds like a DVD media problem or your laser is dying.
