How would I integrate NESEMU (http://www.zophar.net/consoles/ps2/nes/nesemu.html) with FMCB 1.8b so that it shows up on the boot menu?

A third one? Cool. (I also saw a new PS2-BOR somewhere,...)
I would suggest FCEUltra, cause it is far evolved/developed.
Just use the configurator and map the ELF of this emu to an OSD-Item, you want to and give it a name.
I downloaded the archive from this site, but didn´t tested it yet.
Not sure from which locations it can be loaded and if the modules are simply loaded from the same location.
Thought it might (be) a better idea, to embed/include the modules in the ELF.
I´ll try it out today.
I tried to edit the configuration file and it freezes when attempting to load FCEU. I have attached my configuration file, do you think you could look it over to make sure I have not made any mistakes. Thanks.
There are many FCEU versions around and some of them are bug-ridden betas.
Are you sure that the one you installed works properly when launched in other ways than from the FMCB menu ?
Have you tried launching FCEU directly from the uLE FileBrowser instead ?
Btw:
The FCEU release that I've found most reliable is not 0.93 or later betas, but 0.92r2
But remember to erase the configuration files of it before switching from one version to another as they sometimes have conflicting CNF usage.

I tried launching it another way and it did nothing so I guess my version is bad. I also tried another version and it didn't do anything. I'm going to try that emulator I posted earlier. Can you post a link to the latest FCEU or the version you use please? Thanks.
Got it. Apparently having the drive tray open doesn't allow you to launch it.
I use the 0.93 version and found it reliable if you dont make any configuration changes, but then i havent bothered to check it against other betas either.
A new totally re-done version is soon to be released, just check the FCEUltra thread and you can find several beta versions available and info about the next release too.

I always test configuration changes, and that is where 0.93 is horribly bugged, so this version can't be recommended for anyone. (Unless they're perfectly happy with an unconfigured state...)
I know that he's hard at work on it, making huge sweeping changes not only to the emu-specific sources but also to the libs they work with. But that is in fact yet another reason not to recommend those versions to a normal user who just wants a reliable emu.A new totally re-done version is soon to be released, just check the FCEUltra thread and you can find several beta versions available and info about the next release too.
Beta testing can be great fun in itself, but should be done with the awareness that many things can go wrong with code not yet fully developed. And that is not suitable for someone who's not into testing as such and just wants a reliable emu for playing some games. Such a user should stick to the 'stable' versions and stay away from betas and test releases.
