i need help using HDL DUMP 0.3 ????

HDL DUMP 0.3 is a windows based game installer for hd loader, all u need to do is connect your ps2 hdd as a slave to ya pc and put the game u wanna rip into the cdrom drive. Now here is my question, when i rip all the ps2 cdr rips to my ps2 hdd using HDL DUMP 0.3 will i be able to play them on my unmodded ps2 through hd loader? i cant rip games on my ps2 hdd with hd loader because my ps2 drive wont read cdr's but i know the pc drive does, feel me.
