Help with ExecFTP .68

Hi guys i am kind of new to the scene but i got a problem. I bought a AR Max with the usb drive and put KeyLauncher .4 on my memory card to boot with Silent Hill 1 in the ps2. Everything works fine. So i brought back the AR. I can use HDD Utility Server to transfer iso's fine. But when i try to use ExecFTP i doesn't go as smoothly. I use FlashFXP to connect to the ps2 and it seems to log onto the ps2 and it won't show the directories though. Then i tried searching for the problem on here. I really couldn't find anything that was relevant to my problem. But i found a guide by gamerD00d and it was helpful (thanks to him for the guide). Then in the guide there were some raw commands to put into flashfxp. So i put them in but still no go. Here is what flashfxp says:

Is the computer talking and something is up with the hard drive or is the computer not communicating or something else? I have passive mode turned off but still no go. Do i have to go into DMS Format and format something or am i doing something wrong? By ftping into the ps2 i can look at what is on the memory card too right? If someone can help me i would really appreciate it. Thanks alot. Sorry if this has been answered before.

You RAW comand you're issuing is wrong

Your sending:
SITE UMNT /pfs/0

But you need
SITE MNT /pfs/0/ hdd:+APPS
(Where +APPS is the name of your partition)

ok how do i find out what the name is of my partition? i want the root structure like hdd mc and pfs so i can look at what i have. I only have one game on the hdd right now. should i create a partition? sorry for these dumb questions im just not sure how to do much? im am a xbox freak and just found out about this stuff. Like i said i have KeyLaunch .4 on the memory card, so if i need to make a partition i got that dms thingy.
