The latest version can be found on page 2
I got the idea the other day that I could exploit Action Replay Max's "Get powersaves from the internet" feature by pretending to be the internet server. I have spent 2 days trying to get the dns resolving right (Yes now it does) and have finally finished the program to let you do it. (I have attached it here).
Please note I am no longer affiliated in ANY way with exploitstation
This file is going to be UPDATED in MARCH 2005. Send ethereal logs to digitalex@ps2hd.com
I WILL NOT RECEIVE EMAILS AT MY EXPLOITSTATION ADDRESS.
Alex.

Please note the old version has expired (I had written in a time and date before the "fake domain" would expire and stupid me I didn't make it dynamic. Now that its past that time you will get an error as soon as AR Max tries to connect to it.)
(P.S If you wish to keep the old version then set your clock back before the 1/1/05)
Thats fixed in this version below:

Awsome man, makes it very easy. But how about a little documentation?

Yeah, I don't understand how to use this too, some docs would be nice

Well i have a little documentation on exploitstation which I'll post here, but do you want more internal documentation. By the way, older versions may not work, and if someone has an older version and an internet connection, please run ethereal and catch the packets and send me the packet log to alex@exploitstation.com
Here is the documentation:
Title: Using ExploitSender

Exploit Sender
by (Application and Tutorial by DiGiTaLeX)
This is just another way of sending an exploit to your memory card. It requires you to make a max save exploit (See making a your own max save exploit tutorial)
All you need is:
*
A Playstation 2 with a memory card.
* A Max save exploit
* A copy of AR Max Evo (Or any version that support get Power Saves from internet)
* A Network adapter for ps2, and a network card for your computer (All set up.)
* A little bit of networking knowledge.
You can download Exploit Sender Here
Images came out warped so unfortunately you'll have to wait til I decide to take them again.
Firstly configure AR Max. Do this by starting it, going into memory manager.
If you have dhcp, skip the text in red below. Otherwise, keep reading.
(START OF RED TEXT)
Click on settings. In internet connection options, click Configure, and set dhcp to NO. Now find out your network IP on your PC. You have to set the "IP Address" (Which is the PS2's IP) to something in the same range as your PC. Typically this means the same first three octets, and the last one is different.
If my computer's IP is 192.168.0.1, I could make the ps2's IP 192.168.0.2. Now after using the directional buttons to put that in, go to Subnet Mask. This will be 255.255.255.0 unless you are more advanced.
The "Gateway" Ip will be that of your computer. That is 192.168.0.1 in our example case. The DNS Server 1 will likewise be that of your computer. 192.168.0.1 again.
Now save those settings. You may have to reboot AR Max for settings to take effect.
(END OF RED TEXT)
Back in the Memory Manager screen, click "Get Saves". Now you are asked from CD or from ONLINE. Dont do anything yet. This is where you start the Exploit Sender program I made!
Start exploit sender, select a Max save, make sure the IP in that box which says "Please type in the IP of your computer" is correct, then click "Start Servers".
Please note if you have a DNS server or Webserver running, you may run into problems. Please close those first.
Back over to AR Max: Click Online, and AR Max should grab the information from your computer and a group called "Exploits" Should appear. Click that, click on the sub group, and the sub group of that. In fact keep going down until it pops up a new screen asking if you would like to download a file. (Thats your exploit).
After choosing download, it will store it in the PS2's ram (Slow, I know) and then check if a "Your system configuration" exists on the memory card. If it does it will ask if you want to overwrite. Say Yes to install your new exploit.
After it has finished saving you can then close the Exploit Sender Software, take out your AR Max disc, put in the PS1 CD Trigger Disc, and watch your new exploit boot! (When you hit reset!).

No, it sends your exploit (or save) in the MAX format to your memory card, uncrushed.
