Gameshark Question

Ok i have a Slidecard and a Swap Magic 3.6. But i love to cheat on my backed up games. I have the Gameshark Gamecodes Version. And when i press "start" and select start game with cheat codes it automatically OPENS the cd tray for me to put a cd in it. Any way i can use this Gameshark to play my backed up games?

When the GS opens up the disc tray, re-insert your Swap Magic disc (DVD version for DVD game, CD version for CD game), close tray, wait a few seconds for the initial TOC to boot, then press 'X'. Once Swap Magic has loaded, swap out for your back-up using your usual swap method, and press X to boot.
Once loaded, the cheats will be active.

Simple really.
