Free McBoot setup Tassie
as per rule on the FMCB install thread, I've asked that you participate int he forums for a while first. This is to protect potential users who wish to take advantage of the service. the protection being that they know an installer is reliable and knowledgeable of what they are doing.
No offense, but you have the post count of 1 and you had to have fmcb installed for you, which means you still have much to learn before I can add your name to the fmcb installer list.
Fair go..... –

I have always had the goal of share and share alike. I have experience in setting up cracks/patches on PSP, DS, WII and PS2, and have already successfully done two PS2 since recieving the mem card back from Scrapy.
Yes, I have only made one post, what do you expect me to do? Clutter up the board with usless or inane posts? No, I have been around boards for all of the aforementioned and PC related since the early 90's, hell I remember the good old days of BBS through dial up, so I am not a dickhead.
I am simply trying to help those down here in Tassie, as most are wary to mail off things to the mainland, for fear of never seeing it again. They prefer "local" help.
I openly acknowledge I have much more to learn, but this young padawan is a sponge and will read and digest all that he can to make sure he helps people the right way.
Sorry if this seems like a nasty reply, it is not intended to be. The reason for me first post was simply to offer a localised service for those in Tassie.
Give a guy a go.
I ask that you know the platform you are working on. hence much more research on your part and better understanding on how the ps2 works and a display of that knowledge via help posts in the forums. it helps the staff members here know that you are serious about helping and not like a number of noobs that say they will help but duck out when the time comes. I don't like removing members from the installer list, but I will.
i understand you want to help out on it, but I set that rule for a reason. And if I let one bypass it completely, then there's no reason for it. It's nothing personal, but it is there for EVERY potential fmcb installer to go by. And it shows the service participants how trustworthy the installer is.
lolz bootleg that is a double post from you
it happens to me too as well i think its forum issue ..but its ok i delete my another one .
oh then sorry for pointing out
the computer I current have to use as my main one is slow as hell and lags badly on everything including posting. sometimes it seems as though it didn't accept the click on 'quick reply'
Yes, I understand your reasons and I do respsect them. However I firmly believe the best way to get experience with any platform OS. firmware or otherwise is to not only muck around with it, but to physically push oneself.
I will maintaina presence in the forums, and hopefully down the track, recieve your blessing to be listed as an installer. I will also ,however, continue doing installs here in Tassie, as I have a number of people very interested. I will not expect them to mail the mem card off, when I can personally dro in, set it up and make sure all is fine BEFORE I go.
I am sorry to hear that others have stuffed the forum members around by "ducking out when the time comes". Thankfully, I am not that kind of person. I look forward to the time I am able to hold my head high and be approved asa an installer within this community.
