Exploit Problem (Can Not Read Configuration Files)

Ive managed to get the exploit to work through my memory card and can play using hd loader and what not however......

when ever i save a new game or overwrite an exisiting saved game, the next time i try to load the exploit, it says it can not read the configuration files(something like that its in spanish ) but when i delete that save file it reloads, am i the only one with this problem
