    It's the router. I had a Belkin and got rid of it since you can't assign an IP based on a MAC address. If ExecFTP supported DHCP then you would be ok.

    Yes you have to change Gateway on your Ps2 to your Router Gateway IP 192.168.2.1 then it should work.

    yep

    and ure ps2 should have the same first 3 sections as your pc

    Eg, PC -> 152.981.456.1
    Make ure ps2 152.981.476.54 (make sure its high so ure router will take a long time, if ever to assign that ip to anything)
    v4 Gap console - Modded with O2
    200gb Maxtor 7200rpm 8mb hdd
    Installed by myself *w00t*

    Is your ps2 chipped ?? if not you should do it, you will never turn back

    Change your PS2 to 192.168.2.101 that will put your PS2 into to same subnet as your PC and router.

    I'm having the same problem as Shogun, to change the IP address and default gateway etc of the PS2 you have to put that file onto the mem card dont you? I remember reading that in Monkeys tutorial. Thats correct right?
