Yes, it has been done with a patched version of CodeBreaker, and you can find out some more about it in this thread.

Just rename ESR to SMBOOT0.ELF, SMBOOT1.ELF, SMBOOT2.ELF or SMBOOT3.ELF and put it in a folder called SWAPMAGIC on your usb stick.
