no i dont think tha tsmd 3.3 will force ntsc on a pal game just switch from pal vidoe back to ntsc if pal dont work on your tv then when you hit the button on smd fpr pal it will go all screwy to just use pal2ntsc patch with y fix

Usually Swapmagic comes as a set of 2 disc (one cd and one dvd)
If u reffering to the SM DVD v2.0 only - then the answer is no - It cant do it by itself.
But if u have the combo set (SM CD 3.0 + SM DVD 2.0) u can use the PAL/NTSC/SPECIAL options on SM CD 3.0 to "force" pal or ntsc.
