Copying Saves from MC?

is it possible for me to convert my real memorycard saves for use on a PC emulator?

Without having to buy something like dexdrive, I mean. I have the independence exploit and can FTP to my PS2.

PC emulators only play like 2-3 games properly, they dont emulate very well.

I dont think that the emulators can even read save games either.
