cdloader.elf not recognised by media player in ARMax!

Please help!!^
I
The media player in ARMax doesn't detect any files either for usb stick drive or cdrom!!

So I can't play any mp3, let alone elf files!!

Has any one got a copy of ARMax with the media player not detecting any playable files? Is it defective? Should I return it? Or did I do something wrong?
