cd wont stop spinning...

I wanted to try and do a slide card with my AR Max but the cd never stops, is there a trick? or can it just not be done with AR Max?

I cant exactly help you much, since I have the same problem, but a little info on my problem might help too. I boot up psmenu from my mem card, and then cogswap. Even if I try and make the thing play a real PS1 game (even the one that I use to trigger the exploit) it just sits spinning till I get fed up and turn it off. Something tells me both of us have a similar something going on but Im not sure what.
