big trouble with swap magic 3.6 and magic key 4

please help me
I just got my ps2 90004 ver.18 and swap magic 3.6 and magic key 4mi have install the sensor block for 9000xxxxxxx,when i put the sm dvd in and start it's starts to load in,then there come a screen thats say: LOAD PROGRAM and VIDEO :NORMAL i choose load program,and the ps2 starts spinning,then the same screen comes again,then i put my backup in and hit x,and its starts spinning again,then it says please insert a ps2 disk,i just cant get it to work, what do i do wrong

You're doing it wrong. When Swap Magic loads, open the lid, put your backup in and then press x to load it.

Hey i play tekken5(backup) there is no problem saving the game,but how the h..... doi load the saved games im getting tried of starting all over every time i want to play,im using swap magic 3.6 to load the games
