Back-ups on CDloader and Cogswap and gameshark

I don't under stand how to get my PS2 CD-rom back-ups to load using Cogswap/CDloader/Gameshark! Is it possible because:
A...The (Real) PS2 CD-rom disc keeps spinning!*
B...It never tells me to use EA/Cogswap Method when I press X it just loads The (Real) Disc!
C...It comes up as an error using Gameshark!

Is there any other ways to load a cdrom backup or am I doing something wrong?

BTW...I am using the flip-top method!
*I am using a clear case so I can see it when it spins!

in order to load a dvd backup you gotta press eject put in an original ps2 dvd press eject to close, press X and there will be a screen with EA swap coming up. then you swap.

thanks! But I know that! I am trying to swap PS2 CD-roms not DVD-roms!

I am so sorry I was trying to write to the person who responded in a PM if you read the supposed to be PM again it will make more since now that you know that it was supposed to be a PM! I was not asking for you to reply I was simply asking the person who replied to read the post more carefully! But I guess I should check on what I am clicking more carefully! sorry again!

o sorry i didnt know you wanted to boot CDR. for CDR there never is an EA swap screen. you just press eject put in a real ps2 cd then press eject to close. then you wait for a bit and once the disc stops spinning then you can swap and press X.

Thanks but I figured it out! I don't even have to put the real cd-rom in I just load the exploit off my MC once the PSX boot disc stops spinning I swap using my flip-top and but the CDR in! Then I load CDloader and it still says there is a PSX game in but I press X anyways and it reads it like the original!
