Apps from hard drive trhough exploit

after spending ages trying to figure out the ps2 hd ftp thing i eventually managed to get a +APPS folder and ftp hdloader and ulaunch into in. but when i direks ps2 keylauncher to the elf on the hd the loading from hd... screen just stayes there forever can anyone help

Try to use uLaunch instead of keylauncher

ty when i tryed in ulaunch it told me the theat the elf for hdl was corrupt so i just got another an now it works ty.
