Any way to play ps1 backups on softmod exploit

Starting them, switching the V-Mode, or what?
I guess, you have to swap to the backup while you're in uLE (before starting GSM).

Starting the ntsc games won't work. I guess it's because using pal TOC-disc.

This how I first tried; I changed the video mode to ntsc, then went to uLE, did the swap thing and from the MISC folder started the disk, goes to black screen but no PS1 logo.

Then I did like you said, do swapping and after that changed video mode, black screen again.
