Any way to keep the lid down on the PSTwo and still play backups w/o NEthing but SM

Topic pretty much says it all.

This is not a V1-11. This is a V12 PSTWO. I KNOW I need Swap Magic which I already have from a previous PS2. Is there a way to not buy anything and mod it and keep the lid down.

Note: I can't solder so a homemade switch is out of the quesiton

all you need is piece of mcdonalds straw about 2 inchs long to put down back left hand hinge to make contact with microswitch

Ya get Swap Magic 3.3. I just ordered mine from www.modchip.com and i'm still waiting to get it. I hope it comes. Ill post back if it comes. I think it's due here on monday. They are one of the cheaper sites i found. only $3 shipping. but they dont have a good buying service hooked up.
