It's an Asian (HK iirc) v9/10.
Since that console is from a different region than the one you normally use, you can not prepare an FMCB softmod on your normal console and have it work on the asian one.
But since the asian console is a fat v9/v10, you should be able to prepare the old-fashioned Independence Exploit for it, provided that you can find some PSX trigger disc that will boot on a console of that region. If you do find such a disc you should be able to use the Independence Exploit to boot uLaunchELF, which can in turn launch the FMCB installer on a USB drive, so you get FMCB properly installed on the asian console. I'm not entirely sure, but I believe that an asian PS2 should use "BIDATA-SYSTEM" as the name of the exploit folder (same as for japanese region).
But if you try this with the same FMCB installer package you used for installing on your old PS2, remember that any external DVDELF.BIN in the INJECT folder (if you used such a file) will not remain valid for the asian region. For UK the proper DVDPLx file is DVDPLE, but for china I think you should use DVDPLA (both renamed to DVDELF.BIN of course).
Best regards: dlanor
